FV3GFS tiled warm restart namelist variables for chgres_cube

I am looking into using the chgres_cube program with FV3GFS tiled warm restart files.  Is there documentation on what namelist variables I should be using with this option?

Are you running MRW App 1.1? The warm restart run can be set by using ./xmlchange CONTINUE_RUN=TRUE, you don't need to change the namelist for CHGRES_CUBE.

For a global warm start run, the restart files are generated during the model run. So you don't need to run CHGRES_CUBE to prepare these restart files.

I'm actually trying to change the resolution of my model run from C192 to C384.  The restart files are in C192 resolution.  Do I not need to run CHGRES_CUBE to run the model at C384 resolution?  Thanks again for your help!
